Capital Structure of Central African Republic Geoscience

Central African Republic Geoscience Development Limited (CAR Geoscience) has been established as a Guernsey corporation with the objective of a public listing in the second half of 2022.

The public listing will create a monetisable asset that the Government can use as part of its overall economic development plan.

Guernsey chosen as jurisdiction for CAR Geoscience in order to on the London Stock Exchange as it is one of the best venues for income producing and mining stocks.
